I’m a former gallery director with over a decade of experience across New York, London, and the Bay Area. Since 2023, I’ve been working independently with artists, offering tailored advising across all aspects of their practice—from the day-to-day logistics of running a studio to strategic decision-making and long-term project management. My approach is always individualized and collaborative, grounded in a deep commitment to supporting each artist’s unique goals and vision.
I bring a wide range of experience and thrive in high-pressure environments, whether navigating institutional timelines or overseeing complex projects. My role adapts according to the artist’s needs, and I’m deeply invested in doing whatever it takes to help them succeed—whether that means setting up internal systems, managing external communications, or offering curatorial guidance.
Core areas of support include:
Exhibition Oversight: Managing gallery and museum exhibitions, acting as liaison with curators and institutions, ensuring deadlines are met, and coordinating with studio teams
Studio Operations: Implementing systems for workflow and delegation, including database and email management, financial tracking, and communication strategies
Curatorial & Institutional Engagement: Advising on curatorial direction and coordinating studio and museum visits, both locally and during travel
Large-Scale Projects: Leading oversight of major installations and outdoor commissions
Editorial & Communications Support: Offering critical feedback and editing on artworks, CVs, catalogues, grant applications, interviews, PR, and social media presence
Strategic Planning: Keeping the studio’s big-picture goals in focus through ongoing dialogue and structured planning at daily, monthly, and annual levels
My goal is always to act as a trusted partner—adaptable, resourceful, and committed to helping artists create, sustain, and grow their practices on their own terms.
